Warranty Policy

1. Product Warranty

All solar products (panels, inverters, batteries, cables, structures, etc.) installed by Apna Solar come with manufacturer warranties only.

Important:

Apna Solar is NOT responsible for any product defect, failure, or malfunction.
The manufacturer is fully responsible for replacement or repair under their warranty terms.

2. Workmanship Warranty

Apna Solar provides a limited installation/workmanship warranty, covering:

  • Panel mounting

  • Structure fitting

  • Wiring & termination

  • General installation stability

This does NOT cover:

  • Weather damage

  • Water seepage

  • Customer-caused damage

  • Electrical fluctuations

  • Fire, storm, lightning, or accidents

3. Warranty Claim Process

  • Customer must contact Apna Solar with the issue.

  • We will help coordinate with the product manufacturer.

  • Final approval, replacement, and timelines depend solely on the manufacturer.

  • Apna Solar is not liable for delays in warranty claims.

4. Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty becomes void if:

  • Product is opened/handled by unauthorised technician

  • System is overloaded or misused

  • Physical damage occurs

  • Customer modifies the installation
