1. Order Cancellation

Before Installation Begins

  • If you cancel before installation and before materials are purchased, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.

If Materials Are Already Purchased

  • Material cost will NOT be refunded.

  • Only installation charges (if prepaid) may be refunded.

After Installation Has Started

No refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Advance Payment Policy

Advance given to confirm a project is non-refundable as materials are often procured immediately.

3. Service & Visit Charges

If our team visits your location and you cancel afterwards, visit charges may apply.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via bank transfer.

5. Changes or Modifications

Any project change requested by customer may lead to additional charges.
